A letter in response to the request for reviews of the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) S.212, the " Indian Health Care Improvement Act Reauthorization of 2001". S212 would expand coverage for the delivery of health care services to American Indians and Alaska Natives and make a number of other changes to the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) and in related provisions of the Social Security Act.
