To provide Urban Indian Organizations (UIOs) with Health Information Technology (HIT) Technical Assistance support.

Description:

Join us for a peer-to-peer solutions center (P2PSC) focused on HIT Technical Assistance Support with Subject Matter Expert James Spillane.

Event Topics:

  1. Provide an overview of categorization in Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  2. Review best practices for Behavioral Health patient privacy

Objectives:

  1. Identify and discuss common challenges in HIT and EHR
  2. Discuss what HIT/EHR resources/trainings are needed
  3. Provide TA Support to UIO challenges with HIT and EHR
