To provide UIOs with HIT Technical Assistance support

1. Review the American Indian Healthcare system and provide tools to support better Health Information Technology (HIT) and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
2. Identify and discuss common challenges in HIT and the EHRs
3. Discuss what HIT/EHR resources/trainings are needed
