The National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) is conducting a survey to gauge the impact of federal funding disruptions, such as a federal funding freeze, in Indian Country. Last week, there was a temporary federal funding freeze across the United States, including Indian Country. In light of this freeze, NCUIH is working to compile information for federal decision and policy makers on the real-life impacts disruptions in federal funding can have on American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) people and Indian Country as a whole.
We would appreciate your help in completing the survey which should only take 10 minutes.
Who should take this survey? This survey is intended for individual American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) adults (18 years or older), caretakers of for AI/AN people, family members of AI/AN people, or people working for Native organizations. Tribes, or Tribal Organizations should complete this survey.
Why complete the survey? The benefits of participation are providing support to decision-makers on exactly how disruptions in federal funding impact Indian Country. Your response will provided necessary context to explain and demonstrate the importance of federal funds to Indian Country to federal decision and policy-makers.
Please use the link below to complete the survey in the next two weeks. The survey ends on February 21, 2025. Thank you for your help!
