This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is by and between the National Council of Urban Indian Health ("NCUIH") and the National Center for American Indians with Disabilities ("NCAID") for the purpose of achieving various aims and objectives in relation to mutual collaboration in future opportunities.

This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is by and between the National Council of Urban Indian Health ("NCUIH") and the National Center for American Indians with Disabilities ("NCAID") for the purpose of achieving various aims and objectives in relation to mutual collaboration in future opportunities.

WHEREAS, NCUIH and NCAID desire to enter into an agreement in which NCUIH and NCAID will collaboratively work together on future projects;

AND WHEREAS, NCUIH and NCAID are desirous to enter into a MOU between them, setting out the working arrangements that each organization agrees is necessary.
