Facing Mental Health Challenges for Urban Indians
This interactive three-part series will provide a special focus on mental health issues ranging from coping with grief and loss to chronic stress and alcohol/substance misuse in our urban Indian communities. Treatment and prevention experts will share effective strategies infused with cultural interventions that UIOs can utilize within their wellness programs.
