Behavioral Health Workforce Development Technical Assistance Program
Purpose
This program provides support to HRSA’s BHWD recipients to expand the number of highly trained behavioral health providers nationwide. Eligible programs include the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program for Professionals, Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program for Paraprofessionals, and the Graduate Psychology Education program.
Eligibility
Urban Indian Organizations (UIOs) are eligible to apply, along with public and private nonprofit institutions, tribal governments, and other domestic organizations.
Funding Amount and Duration
Specific award amounts and durations are outlined in the NOFO. Funding is expected to be multi-year, with an estimated award date of September 1, 2025.
Application Deadline
Applications are due by March 3, 2025.
