Introduction

Honorable Chairman and Committee Members, my name is Robert Hall. I am the president of the National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) and a member of the three affiliated tribes of North Dakota: Grosventre, Mandan and Hidatsi. I am also the Executive Director of the South Dakota Urban Indian Health Clinic.
