URBAN INDIAN

ORAL HEALTH LANDSCAPE

SURVEY

20 minutes · Deadline July 31 · $100 incentive

The National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) is conducting the Urban Indian Oral Health Landscape Survey to better understand dental capacity, services, and access challenges at Urban Indian Organizations (UIOs) nationwide.

The findings from this survey will inform a national landscape analysis and policy report focused on improving oral health access for urban American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Who Should Complete This Survey

Each Urban Indian Organization (UIO) contracting with the Indian Health Service is invited to submit one survey response.

The survey should be completed by a CEO/Executive Director or a designated staff member with knowledge of your organization’s dental services, operations, or clinical capacity (such as a clinical lead, dental director, or operations staff).

About the Survey

  • Estimated time to complete: 20 minutes
  • Survey deadline: July 31, 2026
  • Responses: One completed survey per UIO
  • Incentive: Each UIO that submits a completed survey will receive a $100 honorarium in recognition of staff time.
