When does registration open and close?
Registration for the NCUIH Annual Conference opened on January 18 and will close on Monday, April 22.
What is included in the price of registration?
Registration includes coffee and lunch on April 30 and May 1. If you are registered for the board training on Monday, April 29, lunch and coffee are also included.
Can I register by mail?
No, there is no option to register by mail.
Do presenters need to register?
All presenters must register for the conference. The cost of attendance is covered for two presenters for each breakout session, and for all keynote speakers.
Does NCUIH offer group registration?
One person can register multiple people at one time. NCUIH is not offering a group registration discount for the NCUIH 2024 Annual Conference.
What methods of payment are accepted?
NCUIH accepts American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards as forms of payment.
Can I pay by check?
To pay by check, please choose the “pay by check” option when registering. Make checks payable to the National Council of Urban Indian Health. Mail checks to NCUIH, 1 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Suite 800D, Washington, DC 20001. Please email conference@ncuih.org to notify us when you mail your registration check. Your registration will be incomplete until payment is confirmed.
What is NCUIH’s cancellation, refund, and change policy?
Conference registration can be canceled before April 15 and is refundable minus credit card fees. Cancellations after April 15 will not be refunded, but registration may be transferred to another individual. Email conference@ncuih.org to cancel or transfer registration.
