Short Abstract:
The Congress established the Oklahoma Demonstration Projects by including the following report language in the Interior Appropriations Act for FY 1987: "Within the amount provided, the Committee has transferred $1,000,000 from the Urban Health Program for a demonstration project to integrate the Oklahoma City and Tulsa projects with the Direct Care Programs." Senate Report No. 99-397
