Short Abstract:

Honorable Chairman and Committee Members, my name is Robert Hall.  I am the president of the National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) and a member of the three affiliated tribes of North Dakota:  Grosventre, Mandan and Hidatsi.  I am also the Executive Director of the South Dakota Urban Indian Health Clinic.  On behalf of NCUIH, I would like to express our appreciation for this opportunity to address the Committee on community health centers and urban Indian programs.
