Good Morning Chairman Campbell, Ranking Member Inouye, and members of the Committee. My name is Gerald Danforth, I am the Chairman of the Oneida Tribe of indians of Wisconsin, a federally recognized sovereign tribal government representing approximately 14,000 members, located just west of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
