Short Abstract: Im Geoffrey Roth, Executive Director of the National Council of Urban Indian Health. On behalf of the 36 NCUIH member organizations and the 150,000 Urban Indians that our programs serve annually, I would like to thank Chairman Dicks and Ranking Member Simpson for this opportunity to provide testimony addressing the Urban Indian priorities for the FY2010 Budget.
