Short Abstract:

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Behavioral Health welcomes you to the Methamphetamine and Suicide Prevention Initiative (MSPI).

The (MSPI) is a nationally-coordinated demonstration program, focusing on providing much needed funding for methamphetamine and suicide prevention and treatment to Indian Country. This initiative promotes the development of evidence-based and practice-based models that represent culturally appropriate treatment approaches from a community-driven context.

The MSPI is comprised of 124 Federal, Tribal, and Urban Programs that proposed new and enhanced methods of addressing methamphetamine and suicide crises.
