This is one in a series of letters regarding American Indian & Alaskan Native Health policy issues and the medicaid program and the state childrens health insurance program, This letter adresses the request of Federally recognized tribes to more activley participate in the Planning  and development of medicaid and SCHIP waiver proposals and waiver renewals.
