Short Abstract:

Amendment to Senate Bill S.1200 the Indian Health Care Improvement Act--Amendment No.4073 that was included into Amendment 3899--Indian Tribes Operating Class III Gaming Activities--This Act and the Amendments made by this Act shall not apply to any tribe carrying out Class III gaming activity (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25U.S.C.2703)
