Rooted in Native American traditions and values\, this series aims to provide vital training and resources for improving the health and wellness of urban Indigenous communities in the United States. The series features the renowned Positive Indian Parenting training (PIP) by the National Indian Child Welfare Association (NICWA)\, which helps parents and families reconnect with our teachings. \nDiscover how these teachings and values can be applied in today’s world. As a PIP participant\, you’ll learn how to incorporate oral traditions into communication with your children\, nurture them through the wisdom of the cradleboard\, and develop self-discipline in alignment with our valued cultural norms. \nJoin us at the Journey to Healing for access to cutting-edge information\, best practices shared by field experts\, and networking opportunities with healthcare professionals and advocates.
